Thank you very much for the website you have just created for me, I am delighted with the final results, it is just what I was looking for.

I have been impressed with your professional approach, knowledge and attention to detail, nothing was too much trouble for you in the whole process. The initial meeting to thrash out the details of what I wanted, I feel was beneficial to us both, as was the second meeting to correct minor detail that I had missed or was not aware of. Your explanations of the ins and outs of design and search engine optimisation was enlightening to me as my knowledge was sadly lacking in these matters. With hindsight I now realise that I could have been ripped off with some of the more unscrupulous designers.

As you know I initially asked three companies to quote, of which yours was one, the first one never answered my inquiry, the second took two days and then stated that they did not meet with clients, all questions had to be sent by email, unbelievable. Your response was within hours which impressed me immediately.

I then had the task of finding another two companies for a quote. I met with the two in question at their offices and spent an hour with them detailing my requirements. One never bothered to send me a quote, the other one who had impressed me with their professionalism did quote me but the fee was out of the question for me, with a start up company and a budget to work to. Your very reasonable quote and the initial impression you made convinced me that your company was the one to entrust with the task and this proved to be a wise choice in the end.
